You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and for all activities which occur under your account. PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE

OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, REPRESENTATIVES

AND THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS TO THE SERVICES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY

OTHER PARTY FOR ANY MONEY DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY RISING
